these are a few of my favorite things

Life in Moscow has been, well, life in Moscow.

Schools is moving along, the kids are still crazy but some days slightly manageable. We celebrated Teacher’s Day last Thursday. This included some of us American teachers performing “Rolling in the Deep”, by Adele, as part of the                                                      entertainment.

The weather is continuing to cool, and leaves are turning to a beautiful variety of colors. We were blessed with a warm and sunny Saturday, but has since been cold and rainy. I suppose it was the official ‘farewell’ of summer, and now Fall is in full swing with Winter close behind.

Over the weekend I took part in some ‘fall festivities’ such as pumpkin carving and basking in God’s beauty of Autumn.. here are some of my favorite highlights of the weekend…

-Pumpkin Carving
